From Monday 4th November, the course will change to it's winter set up.

These changes include:

Check in to the Pro Shop

• With shorter days and more demand on Tee Times, the Tee Sheet is going to be monitored more closely for fair and proper useage.
• At least one golfer per Tee Time MUST check in to the Pro Shop to confirm all booked in the Tee Time are present. If the Pro Shop is closed for whatever reason, please check in after your round.

Areas of Fairway Marked by White Lines

• When a Ball lies within a white lined area on the fairway a player must do one of the following:
  • Mark, lift, clean and place the ball within 2 club lengths of the nearest point outside of the lines, that is no nearer the hole.
  • Mark, lift, clean and place on a carry mat (within 6", no nearer to the hole)

Tee Mats

• Where Tee Mats are in play - Shots MUST be played from tee mats if in use.

Measured Course No Longer Available

Under WHS rules, lifting from marked areas on the fairway, makes the course inelegible for Handicap Scores.

Blue Tee Course

• Last season we brought in a Blue Course, on the Tees usually used in the Winter. The Blue Course is rated for Men and Ladies and will be the only Tees out on the course through the winter. This will allow friendly (and not so friendly) matches through the winter to receive more accurate course handicaps. 

• Blue Tee Scorecards are available in the Pro Shop.
• The WHS charts are available on the boards on the 1st Tee and in Locker Rooms.

Green Surrounds and other Roped Off areas

• Following the success of the last few years, Green Surrounds and other areas requiring rest or restricted traffic, will again be roped off and golfers with Trolleys and Buggies will be directed the way to go.
• Golfers carrying their clubs are allowed to carefully step over the ropes.

Member's Guest Rate

• Weekday - £22.50 per guest
• Weekend - £25.00 per guest
• A maximum of 3 guests can be signed in at one time, and they must play with the member who signs them in.
• Each guest is allowed to be signed in up to 6 times in a year total, regardless of which member signs them in.
